Tata & Howard Team Activities

At Tata & Howard, employees participate in fun, educational and charitable activities. These events promote a strong team environment as well as provide an opportunity to relax outside the office with coworkers.

Fun

Our fun committee organizes one activity per month for all Tata & Howard employees. Some of the events included bowling, billiards, basketball, ultimate frisbee, board game night, hiking, skiing/snowboarding and guitar hero tournament.

Educational

Tata & Howard conducts educational seminars for all levels in the organization. Our in-house classes are intended to provide firm members with valuable information on engineering topics, software use, regulation updates, management skills and many other subjects. We have organized tours to recently constructed facilities for our entry level engineers. This provides new engineers with a greater level of understanding for a project from conception to completion.

Charitable

At Tata & Howard, we believe in giving back to the community. In addition to our fun and educational events, our employees have been involved in many charitable causes including Habitat for Humanity, Walk for Hunger and Toys for Tots.
